I watched a documentary quite a few years ago. It was made by a russian biologist & her associates in russia.
They captured some silver fox & used them in a breeding study. Each year they picked out the most timid/submissive males & females & had them breed. Year after year they done that. End result was those breedings. Ended up developing an arctic fox that looked pretty much completely different from it's initial begining.
Those end result fox. Ended up with floppy ears & a highly curled up tail. If I recall correctly. Their coloration also turned spotted or splotch colored.
Anyone else watch that documentary?
My only interest is wild canine Biology & Behaviors.
