Hog Hunting help

Hi Guys,
I want to do a hog hunt with my 10 year old son,This or next month October or November
Not looking for a high fence hunt.
I been hunting predators in a lots of states but haven't done hogs.
Any of you can point me a direction and tell me maybe from personal experience where should I go.I know Texas a lot of you say ,but even there?who would you recommend.
I am open to any state, find new friends,Maybe do Hog and coyotes,
I own thermal scopes so day or night is fine.

You can also try public land in Texas although it is limited. A lot of the landowners in my area either work with USDA to control hog damage, lease to outfitters, or a majority hunt the land themselves with thermals.
