You need to do it from either a real email address that I can reply to, or if it is real but rejecting my reply you need to set it to accept emails.

On the login page there is a link to request a temp password, it will be sent to the email in your profile. Once logged in you should go to your profile & reset it.

If you can't get that to work for some reason (it happens), email me directly from an email address that exists & accepts incoming emails. The reason I started this thread is that I've recently had multiple people email me with requests for help but when I replied, my email bounced due to their email either not existing or not allowing replies. I can't help you if I can't communicate with you.
