One of the things I like to do is find quality vintage knives... and give them new life!
RainShadow3, my 15yo son David, took this beautiful Chef’s blade and did an awesome job cleaning without erasing the patina, sharpening, and regripping it with stabilized Buckeye Burl and a sweet color fade gold to black Acrylic. Pinned with brass.
(Hand wash only!)
14 1/4” overall. 9 1/2” cutting edge. Will be a great addition to your kitchen cutlery!
