My grandson, Jonathan Sexton, took his second big turkey yesterday, 24 lbs., 11 inch beard, 1 1/4" spurs. Feeding them good down in his neck of the woods.

There is a neat article in Fur-Fish-Game promoting a Mossberg 410 (67 gauge) for TURKEY w/ a Federal TSS shot shell for turkey out to 40 yards!!! believe it or not.

The ammo is 6-7 bucks/pop.

Great bird!

My grandson and I both killed our first Turkey last spring. He was 11 and I was 61.

We are both hooked!
