Wow, that thing sounds horrible on first round pop. No way would I waste a stamp on that thing.

Snowman, how bad did the first round pop sound in person? I have one waiting for the stamp to clear.

I didn’t think it was bad at all. Seemed more pronounced in the video. I was shooting at my range and was under a roof. It was a chilly day.

I want to try it out where I hunt to really see what it sounds like.

I went back out today and tested the Turbo in the desert in hunting conditions. I would say that the first round pop is just about as loud as an unsuppressed .22lr pistol. It was just loud enough to ring my ears just a little, but not uncomfortable. I used my 17 Remington AND a .223 this time. I posted up the 2nd and 3rd parts of the test footage.
