Favorite loads/ammo for colony varmints-high volume shooting

For handloads I shoot a lot of 50gr vmax or 55gr hornady sp in 223 and 22-250. Factory fiocchi in 223 with either 40 or 50 vmax is good.

Speer or hornady for .08 to .10 cents per bullet. 50 or 55 grain 224...
The guns with Krieger barrels get nosler ballistic tip. Benchmark in 223, 8208 in 22-250. 322 in 6BR and 222

40 grain Sierras with the green plastic tip with 26.5 grains of benchmark behind them for one rifle and 40 gr Noslers with the orange tip with 27 grs of TAC for another rifle. The ammo cans are full of each in preparation for spring if it ever gets here.

Midway Dogtowns are a great bullet(Midsouth Varmint Nightmare) or any of the Speer TNTs. Three of the tightest groups I've ever shot were with the Speer TNT's

As you know, your pet load is going to be different than what's stated. The only way to get your pet load is to load it, shoot it and review it.

However, I use the following in a 26" .223 Remington ADL Varmint for p-dogs:

55 gr Hornady VMAX
CCI 400
LC Brass
25.0 gr Benchmark

It produces low ES and cuts holes.

I load Benchmark in .204, both 32 gr and 39 gr Blitzkings. Also use Benchmark with 50 gr v-max in .223. Load Varget in .22-250 with 50 gr v-max.
