More difficult to guess after 60 min in beer and a rub freshly concocted. A rancher brought some beautiful tbone and ribeye packages. As you can see they are huge and tasty. I cook for the girls often but wife hasn't been in my vocabulary for quite some time. I'm weak and couldn't bring myself to freeze this one so soaked and cooked it too.
