Jared, I'm just a little amateur toting my cheap equipment around with me on my hunts. I am dedicated about it though. It's tough b/c I've never know what equipment to use either. None of the camera's from what I researched performed in the cold, rain, snow, etc. I'm also not that technical. I have a Panasonic that was only $169 when I bought it that was an all weather, shockproof, water proof, dust proof camera. Then I recently bought a $299 Canon that I bring out when the weather gets a little warmer and I'm not so concerned about the elements breaking it.
