New Inferno won't make a sound

Just bought a brand new Foxpro Inferno and I powered it up and it won't make a sound. I tried another set of new batteries and still the same issue. Any ideas?

If you have already read the troubleshooting suggestions, I'd call FoxPro techs.

It was the "brand new" batteries in the remote that were the issue. I just ordered two sets of rechargeables......problem solved.

The biggest percentage of problems with ecallers involve batteries. Glad you got squared away.
