Coyote Skinner

I think that it's better than a standard Gambrel since it has the slides to go around the feet, and then hold tight.

If you are skinning a coyote, you want to start below that joint, but if you are using a Ganbrel it has to go through that tendon to hold, this goes around the feet and holds on it's own.

One of these, a skinning rack with a pulley at the top with several loops to allow you to hoist the animal higher as you get further with a vice grip mounted to the tailgate for holding onto the tail while you do the initial cuts and you could really skin out some coyotes fairly fast.
