Dakotayote1979 New Member Registered: 11/08/15 Posts: 6 Loc: North Dakota	I'm going to be down in the Albuquerque area over Christmas and would like to know if anyone can point me to a good area to hunt?

drscott Die Hard Member Registered: 02/18/03 Posts: 753 Loc: Southwestern NM.	Texas!!! NM is not really known as a hog hunting destination. There are some down in the boothill, mostly on private property. Some in the national forest around Nogal, and I hear they are moving up the Pecos river area. I am not aware of any up as far north as Albuquerque but some of the locals up there might now something I don't. drscott _________________________ It's never to late for a happy childhood.

Like drscott says, there are some scattered around the southern part of the state, but I have a feeling you'd be hard pressed to locate them in just a day or two oover the holidays. You'd be better off to get a small game license and go chase quail and coyotes.
