If i read this correct i believe you must already have the permit to own this prior to having a chance to winning this. What do you guys think ? From the rules to apply : Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified.

If you're under age, you can't win. If you live in a state that prohibits private ownership. You can't win.
