I currently have two cans. A rimfire sparrow and a 223 thunderbeast. Getting ready to order a third. That one most likely is going to be a surefire to go on the SBR I have ordered. My only complaint...can't hunt with a can in Michigan. Chris

How do you like the sparrow? I have a Spectre II in ATF jail right now and itching to put another one in there...undecided as to another Spectre or to try the Sparrow...

The sparrow is awesome. I mainly run it on a browning t-bolt with cci quiet 22 ammo. It literally makes no noise. All you hear is the impact. Great can. Chris

i've got a sparrow and use it on my 10/22

the loudest sound besides the bullet hitting the targets is the action cycling. if i run the cci quiets (that wont cycle) you can hear the firing pin hit.

when i was showing it to my dad, the first shot i ran was so quiet he didnt hear it. so i had to shoot the burn barrel because he was still waiting for the gun to fire

I don't know why I don't have a 10/22 as well. I really hope Michigan will allow suppressors for hunting soon.

Thanks fellas. Now I may just have to order a sparrow instead of a second specter so I can compare side by side.
