My load
Hornday 60gr SP
22.7 gr of IMR 8208
CCI 400 small rilfe
This is my first time reloading I this load and 6 rounds out of my bastard ar I right a dime size group at 100 yards I'm goin to play around with diff bullet weights and gr of powder but so far I really like the way this powder works

I have a load for 8208 on a handful of bullets, it seems to work for everything.
My current 223 load is:
55gr NBT
25.5gr 8208xbr
CCI450

Testing loads for my 16 in AR with CFE 223 and was a little disappointed in the accuracy I was getting. I switched to 8208 this morning and cut my groups in half the first time out.

Will be trying this powder out of a ruger target model with 26" heavy barrel with 53g vmaxs real soon.

I have 40g, 50g, and 53g vmaxs, as well as some 52g amaxs and 52g SMKs.

It puts 5 shots under 1/2 MOA with 40g vmaxs and 28g benchmark at 3800fps, and 52g AMAXs with 26g benchmark at 3400fps.

Sounds like a good powder and since im about out of benchmark and cant find any, this was sitting on the shelf.

Just finished loading up 3 test loads with 53g vmax and IMR-8208XBR.

Loaded 4 at 25g, 5 at 25.3g and 5 at 25.6g

Neck sized win brass, CCI 400, 2.260"

If its nice in the morning ill have a bit of accuracy/speed info.
