Most Georgia Redneck punks like the ones pictured on our family Christmas Card will use just about anything to kill a hawg. But given a choice, I think all of us would agree the Vector V-51 Pistol in 308, around my nephews neck at the bottom, make for a challenging steady hand shot at long range.

I'm not sure what the record is for free range fair chase hog killing is, but excluding .... Thermal/NV Optics, Helicopters, Chase Vehicles and High Capacity Trapping Methods. We have never gone wrong with the 308.

Just got a savage hog hunter in 338 win mag, my favorite to use is my Kabar. Got one with it. Also use my 7 mag

There are a few in here that look like they just escaped from somebodies hog farm.

My favorite is my Dtech .223 with 60 grain v-max from Black Hills because of the quick follow up capability.
