Well my gunsmith gave me a call today and said my rifle is completed then sent me an email with some pics. This is the first rifle I've had built for myself and so far I'm happy with how it came out, hit my target weight for bare rifle right on the head at 11.04 lbs. Well enough talking here are the specs and pics.

Howa seems like a great rifle for the money. Not as many aftermarket products as available as the 700 but also a lot cheaper. They also have their "ammo boost" which seems like an option every manufacturer should offer.

Even Mossberg offers factory threaded barrels. Great choice let us know how it shoots and load work up details. Very nice !!
 
Right you are Ken this build has been a long time coming with a couple speed bumps along the way but it was all worth it. Thanks for all your help through the whole process it was very much appreciated.
