could someone clear up the grey area surrounding legal mag capacity in AZ, with the recent SB's past, and gfd's regs, whats legal?

The AGFD cannot restrict the number of rounds in a magazine for hunting.

This information trumps the outdated statute printed in the 2012-2013 AGFD hunting regulation booklet. The AGFD should be printing their next booklet around mid May 2013 for the 2013-2014 hunting seasons.
