Deer Brats?

Anybody have a good recipe for making some homemade deer brats?

I made a batch a couple years back, got the seasoning from Walton's(formerly Midwestern Research). I used their Swiss seasoning. They were pretty darn good! Might try the same except I might add some HiTemp cheese this time.

Just thought I'd ask around before committing to one particular recipe.

My butcher made me some this year , he also made me some hotlinks ... I didnt like my first batch , gotta give them another go though ... he makes some snack sticks about the size of monster slim jims , with jalapeno and cheese , they get more deer killed than anything , he also makes some killer balogna as well.
