I was resently reading the NYS hunting guide on line and the topic of dove hunting and the lack their of came up. The reason we DON'T have a season in NY as stated by the DEC is that not enough hunters have expressed an interest in have a season when any polls are put out. Hey maybe i f we let DEC know we want a season it would happen.. Just a thought..
