2muchgun PM Junkie Registered: 01/18/05 Posts: 14660 Loc: Michigun	I believe this is a Mexican Bowie knife. Not sure why I bought it. As you can see, the finish is very unrefined, and the handle scales do not match up correctly. I'm not positive, but I don't think this knife is worth much. I thought about cutting the aluminum so the scales matched up and then replacing the cheap plastic with some new scales. Then sanding/polishing/buffing it up. Think it's worth the effort? When you cut into it, you never know what you will find as the figure on the surface does not match the figure in the middle.
