They will have no problem finding recruits in the Democratic ranks. It's full of them. A slut, is a slut, is a slut...

‘Sluts’ Unite Against Republicans, Rush Limbaugh

Watch out Republicans, here come the sluts.

Women’s rights activists are banding together to “Rock the Slut Vote” in an online effort to register women to vote and cast their ballots against Republicans in 2012.

“If the GOP thinks that throwing the word ‘slut’ at us at this point is going to silence women they have another thing coming,” said Susan McMillan Emry, the site’s founder.

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh thrust the derogatory word into the political arena in February when he called law student Sandra Fluke a “slut” for testifying before Congress in support of contraceptives.

Following the national backlash over Limbaugh’s name-calling, “Rock the Slut Vote” is now aiming to “defuse” the offensive term, Emry said.

Taking a vein from comedian Jeff Foxworthy and his “You might be a Redneck if…” jokes, Emry’s website gives visitors 22 reasons why “You might be a slut,” including “if you’ve ever used contraception” or “if you’re still downloading Dixie Chicks music” or “if you don’t go to church.”

The site aims to “re-appropriate” the word “slut” so that Limbaugh and other Republicans cannot use it to “bully and silence women,” Emry said.

“It’s really about taking the power away from that word more than it is about Rush Limbaugh,” she said. “He gave the word the notoriety but we are trying to take it back.”

Emry said the “Rush Limbaugh mess” coupled with the Susan G. Komen Foundation’s decision to cut Planned Parenthood funding and recent efforts in state Legislatures to restrict access to abortions and contraceptives “compelled” her to create the site after 56 years on the political sidelines.

“Originally my intention wasn’t so much to try to have a platform as to be able to find a voice myself through the website,” Emry said. “It was good for me personally because I felt so much outrage.”

But what began as way to vent her anger, has evolved into a voter registering, GOP “propaganda” refuting, women’s rights information hub where, Emry says, she hopes voters will come to learn more about the “war on women” before they head to the ballot box in November.

“It has evolved in the last few months from being my own personal avenue to let out a holler on what’s happening to something that we hope will make a significant impact,” she said.

But while the rather shocking name may catch voters’ eyes, Emry could have a hard time selling the message to prospective female voters.

Only three in 10 women said they believe there is a “wide-scale effort to limit women’s reproductive health choices and services,” according to a Kaiser Health Tracking poll in May. And just 5 percent of female voters said the issue they want candidates to talk about most is women’s health, compared to 60 percent who said the economy was most important.

Selling merchandise, on the other hand, hasn’t been as difficult. Her best-selling items are bumper stickers, T-shirts and totes that say “Rush Limbaugh thinks I’m a slut!” Emry said.

'“Rush Limbaugh thinks I’m a slut!” Emry said.'

Um, Ms Emry, I can ASSURE you that neither Rush, me, nor any other conservative man are thinking at ALL about you or your sexuality. None, nada, zip!

This is a likeness of Ms Emory, the self-described 'slut'. YOU make the call:

OK, so, now that I have upset probably most of your digestive tracts with this Obama-supporting woman and ANY thought of her acting out her fantasy of being called or considered a 'slut', here is a photo of my good friend, Amanda. She is at the beach this week, hence the fetching hat. By her own admission she is not political, but she says she 'hates' Obama and informs me she will be supporting Romney come November.

I know which side I'm on...

I suspect that Ms Emry wants to be a slut, but she's having trouble finding a bar that will keep serving men to that level of intoxication.

Yeah, really hard to argue with either of the above observations.

Speaking of Rush, IMHO, his profound words from the early-1990s still hold quite true today, as is evidenced by this 'sluts' story:

"Feminism was established so as to allow unattractive women easier access to the mainstream of society."

~Rush Limbaugh

You guys are a riot. I have to say, in regards to Ms Emory, most likely you would have to tie a pork chop on her leg to make a dog like her. But Ms Amanda? Well Matt, the only problem she might have is scuba diving. I doubt she could stay under water, if you know what I mean, lol.

All natural, BTW--no 'enhancements'.

But in all seriousness, I like to post photos of real-life conservative women I know because the media present such a skewed image of women and their voting patterns.

The media generally, from news outlets to Hollywood, do a pretty poor job of representing the differences between the sexes. MUCH of this is the result of the Feminist movement, from the 1960s.

In my experience, show me a Feminist and therein lies a bitter, unattractive, rejected and unhappy woman. Attractive women tend to be much, much happier, overall.

I think it is also worth noting--and perhaps discussing at length--that Feminists typically possess a much more masculine 'energy' than do most women. Feminists judge themselves and their success in life by competing with men and by masculine standards. Job, money, shattering imagined 'glass ceilings', etc. This is why Feminsits belittle motherhood and despise stay-at-home moms--those are women with feminine energy and are, coincidentally, the kind most men are attracted to sexually. to the Feminist, killing one's own fetal-stage child is the pinnacle of 'liberation' and they revere it with a religious fanaticism.

Sadly, the Feminist message pervades schools and especially universities, so nice, feminine girls are given the constant message that something is wrong with them for liking being feminine and being girls. Some of the happiest women I know are those who were high school classmates who went on to higher ed and professional careers, who then left those careers to stay home and take care of their kids. No, maybe the husband's salary didn't get them the McMansion in the high-status zip code, but I don't see any complaining.

I think the 'War on Women' as described by the Left/media (same thing) as one of Republicans vs women is a bold lie; the real war is a 'War on Femininity' and it is being fought by Feminists (who are, ironically, NOT feminine) vs. feminine women.

I do not apologize for being and acting like a man, nor do I apologize for being attracted to amazing, VERY feminine women.
