Venezuela's Hugo Chavez is about ready to croak and more than likely there will be some kind of power struggle soon after. So what does Hugo do in the mean time? Why of course he bans all private gun ownership and sales of guns and ammunition to civilians. Ultimate goal of course is to disarm everyone except the police, military and security . Coming to be here in the US is just a Executive Order away.
