Once again, I have cleaned this up considerably while trying to retain the integrity of the article.

begin article:

some of you require additional supervision - Idiots

The Toronto Star is reporting that a man was hunting at night, which is apparently illegal, (I have no idea why that's illegal) in Belleville, Canada when came across a 3-year-old's pet pony which he claims he mistook for a bear. (Oh, that's why it's illegal)
Realizing he had (goofed) up he climbed over the neighbors fence on the family farm and cut the (expletive deleted) pony's head off so the police wouldn't be able to trace his bullet.
"If somebody shot her, we probably would have just buried her and that would have been that. But what happened after - cutting off her head so police couldn't trace the bullet - that upset everybody."
As soon as word got out that the pony had been killed neighbors began calling the police with tips as to who had decapitated the pony. Idiots aren't hardly as inconspicuous as they think they are. Remember, the skills necessary to recognize incompetence are the same skills required to not be incompetent. So in other words, if you think you are an idiot, chances are you are not an idiot. Those of you that know that you are not idiots are the ones that are going to require additional supervision.
