I have a yellow pointing lab - pretty stubborn - neads to be reminded a few things every once in a while. A buddy of mine lost his dog 2 weeks ago along with my collar around the dogs neck. I need to get a new collar - I had a EDT 200, but the two prongs on the collar were not long enough to get through his thick fur and loose skin. Actually I only had response to the shock twice. And it did work - I tested it on my self. I want to know what you think the best collar is and if there are any out there that have longer prongs.
