I shot this last duck season and it had very very little evidence of shot damage so I decided to stuff it. My uncle is a taxidermist so he walked me thru the process and this is the finished result...
I never knew that it was so much work to stuff an animal (35 hrs. of my time, my uncle said it took so long because of inexperience (I think he was just trying to tell me that I was slow in a nice way)). That duck was my first and probably my last. I feel as though it is easier just to pay someone else to do it for me.
All taxidermist's now have a respect from me that I never gave them before... Keep up the good work guys (so that I don't have to anymore
