7 to 8 butterly tenderloins ... tenderized
Salt and pepper
3 eggs ...whipped
2c. milk
finely chopped onions and/or garlic cloves

Briskly beat the eggs , milk ,onions and/or garlic and seasonings to milk mixture...let set ...rinse the steaks throughly...put each peice into milk mixture until completely covered... cover the bowl and place into fridge overnight...when ready to fry , coat with flour and put in skillet on medium heat turn until golden brown sprinkle with seasoning salt while frying.

Deer Gravy
leave oil and grease in the skillet ,( leave crunchies ) heat medium high , add 1/4 cup of flour , mix constantly until golden brown add milk and stir until smooth , salt and pepper to taste....good sides mac and cheese , mashed potatoe's !!!
