I don't remember his name, although I know what area he works and could probably find him with a couple of phone calls. BUT what I'll probably do is get in the same local calling contest again this coming season, and he'll probably show up again to check licenses, and I will talk to him about it at that time, and I'll have a set of written regs. with me, so we/he and I, can read them together.
