Can you polish a knife as well as sharpen the edge?

i was hoping someone would pull this thread back up. i sent dave about 6-7 knives last year sometime and i was very impressed with the knives. i gutted and skinned 4 deer last year with one of them and never had to touch it.. i plan on sending him a few more this year before season comes around.

Jeepdude1987, it depends on the knife but most likely I can. If it's not rusted bad it should look like new afterwards.

I had him do my deer knife also about 2 years ago and 4-5 deer later it is still super super sharp.
