Yesterday was a very bad day for our family. We were informed that two very fine young Americans have paid a terrible price for our freedom. My sisters grandson was flown from Iraq to Germany in critical condition and the son of close friends was killed in Afghanistan. Please pray for the families. I will pray for them and that the wars are worthy of the sacrifice made by so many.

A quick update: Ben will be buried at a national cemetery on thursday. Nathanial is recovering in an army hospital with serious injuries but is expected to fully recover. They are both true American heroes and rank among this nations finest.
