Who here doesnt love smoked salt? Myself I love it but hate to read all the ingredients that you need to be a chemist to understand. So today I emptied a box of kosher salt in a stainless bowl on my smoker and let er rip. I took the wisk to it about every 30 minutes. Hickory was on the menu today.I'll check er in the mornin when the dust settles.
