These will get your attention. Great appetizer-serves 3-4
12 - Mourning dove breast halves
6 - Jalapenos (seeded)
6 - Strips of bacon
cream cheese
tabasco
Remove breast bone and soak breast halves in Tabasco for 1 hour.
Slice jalapenos length wise in half and scoop out seeds.
Fill jalapeno halfs with cream cheese-heaping
Place 1/2 dove breast on each side of jalepeno, wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon and hold together with toothpicks.
Place on upper rack of preheated grill at 400-450.
Turn occasionally until bacon is well done and cream cheese is oozing. Let cool and enjoy.
