Where does everyone plan on getting together in the evenings? Will there be a lounge at the hotel, or maybe a designated meeting room?

On the main events nights we will gather at the Banquet Room at the Farm & Ranch Museum.

The conference room at the motel is our meeting/gathering room on other nights, and after the banquets.

Not far at all. They are on the same road about 2 miles apart.

Ah man! We used to do it at Globe. We'll have to find a secure place with good lighting then.

It wouldn't be the first time that I skinned a bobcat in the shower of a motel.
