They have hills there so they are spread out over quite and acreage plus two good size man made lakes which have been well stocked for a long time.
Lyn Cooper is on of the Resident people there and they go by ADA Standards for safety and sanitation etc.
The more things you have for people to do, the more likely you might be able to begin developing a loyal Clientele!
That's a very nice place up there and I have been an Employee in that Facility three Summers and PT during some of last Springs Family Camp Weekends. Very good place to get ideas for where you might go; they do not have any hunting there except for Staff to occasionally get rid of a feral hog.
