Take whole jalepeno peppers, cut off the stem end and stuff with cream cheese or your favorite cheese (you can also add a peeled boiled shrimp).

Now take your favorite pan sausage and encase the pepper in sausage. Smaller peppers makes this easier, and requires less sausage.

Now on a sheet of tin foil roll the sausage covered peppers in Pork Shake-N-Bake and then deep fry them until the sausage is done.

They are also good if you just wrap the pepper in bacon and fry.

These can also be done on the grill when just using bacon.

If you really want to get your daily quota of pork, after rolling the sausage in the shake-N-bake then wrap them in bacon and deep fry.

Did you use the pork shakeNbake on those? Do that and then wrap them in the bacon to but them over the top.

The cheddar, Monterrey Jack, and even string cheese is good,m but my favorite is the cream cheese.
