A Little Practice

I went out yesterday afternoon for a little bit to get some field practice with the bow. It was a pleasant trip.

The longbow is a Pronghorn Takedown made by Herb Meland in Casper, Wy. It has Amberboo lams for the core and a Dymondwood riser. The snakeskin backings came from a couple Texas diamondbacks. It is really nice to shoot. I highly recommend any of Herb's bows. I'm having Herb build me a one piece right now.
