Brisket Marinade

1c beef broth 2tps liquid smoke 5oz soy sauce i/2tsp garlic powder 2tbs worshestshire sauce Marinade the meat at the very least 2 days. Turning the meat over every 12hrs. Bake at 250 degrees 5-6 hrs.
 
I was browsing thru this forum the other day and came across this recipie. I have been looking for a recipie for brisket for a while now so I gave this a go. It turned out great!!! The only thing I did wrong was it was a smaller brisket and 5 hours was about an hour too long. Still, the flavor was great and it was tender as could be.
