Question about ultra high mounts with Coyote Special scope

Hi All,

I just got my first AR and mounted a Nikon Coyote Special on Warne Ultra High removeable mounts. The mounts are 1" high and line the scope up very well when shooting. My question is with the range settings on the scope will the height of the mounts make any difference? I havent tried to shoot it past 100 yards at the range, but will eventually.

It will make a slight difference but not enough to hurt anything. Differences in the speed of your particular load in your gun will vary as well which is why you will have to check it at the various ranges to see where each circle hits at the different ranges.
