Sautee'd Lobster Tail

Take a lobster tail & use a fillet knife to free the meat from the shell. Remove the vein if present & rinse the meat.

Cut into chunks.

In a skillet, melt a large chunk of butter. Add fresh, ground garlic. Optionally add sweet onion, Vidalia's are good for this.

Add the lobster meat, stir frequently until done. I like long grain wild rice as a side dish with this.
