This is for spiny lobster, they have no claws:

Take a fresh bug & tail it. Do this by taking a sharp knife & sliding the blade up under the carapace, across the top & bottom. Then just twist the tail off:

2 ways to devein it. You can make a cut across the anus at the end of the tail prior to twisting it off & that will often pull it out. If that fails, make the same cut, then use one of the antennae to remove it.

Using kitchen or EMT shears, cut the top of the shell of the tail from the front to the base. Use a knife to cut into the meat along this line.

Take a large chunk of butter & place it in the cut. Add a lemon wedge.

Wrap all this in foil & place on a hot grill Cook until done.
