WyoYote.By all means bring your wife. It looks like there will be others bringing their wives as well. I've finally convinced "Yes Dear" to come along. She looking forward to hunting.......for south west stuff for the ranch.  Each year we have a couple of wives come along, but this year it looks like a few more than usual. We try to keep Pm a family type place so it is only natural that wives are included in the fun. We've also had kids at the hunts every year and that just makes it more worthwhile.

Barbara is planning a day of getting the ladies aquainted with what there is there in Las Cruces.... The more the merrier.  Also, if we have enough female participation, I can foresee even a "Women's Class" at the eggshoot.  Good idea? Barry

we had two lady's i think last year. great idea. looking forward to the hunt. allready bought Heavy duty tire's for the trip. have to do my first oil change on the Tundra. have 2.500 mile's allready. cant wait to ,pickup Weasel. i'll try not to torture him to bad. i think he know's i'm a joker. You & Weasel will get along great as long as you bring your camera....  We did have a couple of women in the egshoot last year, and I expect more this year by all indications, so it could really turn out nice for them to have their own class at the shoot. Barry

Are you saying womans is lesser than men and need a special class so not to have their butts handed to them? Or are you saying they are so much superior than men and they need to have a special class so not to embarrass the men?

I'm suggesting that Barbara out-shot me at a turkey shoot last fall... I think that it would be cool to have enough women participate to offer them their own class with their own rewards. Barry

Redfrog, I'll sure try to make it down. I do have a suggestion, maybe a little closer to the date of the convention, maybe have a thread regarding who's spouses will attend? This might help some of the fence sitters convince their significant others to attend, if they know there will be other ladies to mingle with.

Watch out fellas, it's easy to spend money in Mesilla...
WyoYote, assuming you don't hit too much bad weather in Colorado, it's easy to sail right down 25 to Cruces. I'm doing the opposite in September to hunt antelope in your great state.
