Calling coyotes is easy. Killing them is slightly harder.

I tried to tell you to say NO to Joe and the Ho and you didn't listen. Well, down the hill we go thanks to you. Can't say I didn't try to tell ya.

You guys need to get registered to qualify for the early bird prize. No sense in waiting until the last minute.

Also, there are those of you that have registered & not gone to the shopping cart to finish the registration process with picking what items you plan to attend, or finishing up paying for the items you want as a nonattendee...

Plus, I have some that are paid & have not completed the registration form.

Be sure & add your user name, somewhere on there, even in the comments section. That helps us keep the registrations & members straight.

Thanks,

Barry

Thinking about it yes. Does that mean the hunting starts on the 12th? Any hunting on the last day? Need to get my flights and arrangements straight.

I am scheduled for work on the 13th through the 15th. Otherwise I would probably go. It would be fun to meet some of the guys on here.

As a new member I have a few questions and im sure they have been asked before so please bare with me. First is the hunt a competitive tournament style contest or a friendly hunt to get members together. Second I just moved to AZ so what are the hunting regs as far as needing a license or permit to hunt predators. I would really love to go to the hunt, I am new to predator calling and I just cant get enough, but with the hunt running through the middle of a week it might be hard to make all of the days and missing Valentines day to go hunting is not going to be a good enough excuse for my girlfriend lol, Is it ok to make just a few days of the hunt or do you need to be active the whole scheduled hunt.

Sharpshooter,

Welcome to PM!

The Hunt is not a competition. It's just to have the craft spread & have the chance to meet & hunt with other members. No $$ or prizes are awarded for hunting.

There is the eggshoot though....It's a compition where anyone can win if they shoot the egg provided them at 100,200, & 300 yards. First place wins a Custom D-Tech AR 15 made by Mike Millie himself. Second place wins a FoxPro Fury, and so forth.

If all you can attend is the weekend, then that is fine. Don't miss the banquet Sat. Night...That's where all the prizes are given away. (Check out the donation thread)

All the info about the permits, etc. are in the proper threads within this forum subsection.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks,
Barry

To hunt the rez it is $10 per day for coyote/fox/bobcat. If you want to hunt mt. lion, it is an additional $10/per day plus a $10 lion tag. You will also need the $5 habitat stamp that is good for all year.
