faulty Phantom Predator calling system

I just received mmy Phantom Predator call from Cabella's, I turned it on, the squeaker wouldn't work, and after about 4 minutes the thing just quit working entirely. To say I am disgusted is the uderstatement of the year,Now I have to send it back, and wait for another, and spend more postage etc.I did like the sound while it worked.I used the battery recommended, too. Ny suggestions?

I don't know much about the Phantom. Those that own them seem to like them. The few owners I have heard that needed warranty work performed were treated great I am told. You probably won't even have to pay postage. Give them a call. They will probably send another right out and a UPS call tag for the other. Dunno. Somebody will be along that does know though. Good luck.
 
I called customer service for my Phantom Predator call and the service is fantastic, good, that is. I've never received that good of service anywhere else in my life, (and I'm old). I like the call and I'd reccomend it to anyone.
