Where do I get info about who I'm voting for?

I received my mail-in ballot the other day and I'm working on getting it filled out. This is my first time voting, by-the-way. Obviously there is plenty of info about presidential candidates and senators. I'm wanting info about about the county council at large candidates. I can't seem to find how they think about any of the issues. Looked all over google and can't find any info on any of the people listed for Weld County, CO. Any ideas?
 
Thank you. That's exactly what I'm looking for, except at the county level... All I have is names and can't find any other info on 'em... That did help though to make sure I had already marked the right people!
