My first grind is a finished knife!!!

Palm style 3 finger knife, made from an antique Olympic Peninsula Sawmill blade (15N30?), Zebrawood, Stabilized in CA, Brass, Grey Spacers.

Marked "ST 1" (My first 25 keeper grinds will be numbered. All others after will be marked, but not numbered.)

Heat treated by Gene Martin, Provision Forge, Williams OR.

I'm up to 22 now, and the lines are getting cleaner all the time, but this is still a sweet, razor sharp, little piece of working art!

The first 20 were done with a carbide bit in a dremel. Kinda sloppy. Not horrible, but the rest will be electro-etched, so they'll be much nicer.
 
It looks like pretty dang good work for a dremel! Let me know how the etching goes for you, that has always interested me.
