2milehighguy-No, I got it sometime in the mid to late eighties at a place called North Side Pawn in La Crosse. I looked at it for a couple months with a price of $265 on it. One day I got lucky and bought a Ruger 10/22 for $50 and took it and $100

I really appreciate it when people state the loads they used. The scope magnification wouId help too. I have some very good loads but they are even better when I put a 24X scope on the rifle. I hunt with a 2X-7X.

CalCoyote, I have shot plenty of coyotes with that bullet out of my CZ527 in 223 with no issues. If your rifle shoots it good and you have confidence in your ability of placing shots on target with it I would go kill coyotes with it. It is one of t

Seems to be a common theme. I am spending more and more every year donating to GOA, NRA, FCP. Soon to be more. I guess i will do a little inventory and make sure i have enough spare springs and detents....

It wasnt until this new legislation was signed Jan 10th. It was introduced as an insurance bill and 72 hours later was signed in as a full-blown anti gun bill. That's another reason it will be overturned and hopefully lead to some more progress in u

I'll stop the sound if/when I want to stop the coyote. But I don't change anything as long as the coyote is coming.

This rifle I assembled some years ago as well, it features a White Oak Armory 18" SPR barrel, Vortex Viper PST, and Timney trigger. I've shot some really nice 5-shot groups in the past with 69gr SMK's and I thought this morning's group would hav
