Who has one

Are you talking about the new version with the color screen or the older black and grey lcd model? I have one of the older models and it's been a great unit. Also, about two or three years ago the 'click stick' went out on mine. I contacted Garmin about repair and shipped it back to them. In less than two weeks I had a brand new unit free of charge even though it was past the normal warranty period.

Mine does have the peak hunting/fishing times but I have never crossed checked to see if it was telling me the truth.

I have one that has the color screen. It does have the best and good times for hunting/fishing. I haven't paid that close of attention to it. I hunt/fish when I can work into my free time. A bad day hunting is better than a good day working! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-006.gif

I've got the older blue one with the black and white screen, it's been a good machine to get me back to the car and mark where I killed an animal.

I use my garmin all the time during deer season to determine legal daylight hours. It gives sunup/sundown times for your gps position. Very handy when pushing the time for a legal shot. I am a gramin fan, had 3 or 4,but haven't had an Etrex. They make good products though.

I bought my garmin a few years ago. I use it all the time for things I never thought I would. Im a helicopter pilot and bought one of the aviation units last may. I can tell you out of the many different brands out there Garmin is the most user friendly /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif. I love it when I get in a helicopter that I havent flown yet and look down and see Garmin. The company I work for is putting garmin's in all the helicopters. Were talking about over two hundred birds so that should say something right there /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-006.gif.
