Hornady Podcast and Hornady 4DOF

The last few years of component shortages had turned me into a Hornady fan boy.

Most every rifle and pistol i own these days shoot bullets from a red box.

Anybody else here listen to the podcast or use 4DOF?
 
Like you I've changed a lot to red boxes. They have by far done the best job at keeping products out for reloaders and the shooting sports.

I don't listen to their podcast but I have used their 4DOF app. It's decent but it's tailored to Hornady bullets. I much prefer the AB Shooter app.

I will also add that Hornady BC values at 3 different velocities makes the information really really accurate for your drops and wind. I wish they would all do it that way.
 
I don't listen to their podcast but will look it up and give it a try. I use Strelock Pro for my ballistics app but have used 4DOF and and at times will compare the two against one another. They are pretty close when I have compared.

I have not switched to Hornady but I do use some of the bullets. Specifically, their 17 caliber 25 gr HP in my 17 Rem. They don't make that bullet any more but I have plenty of stock to last me a long, long time.
 
Hornady Podcasts 28,29,31,34,49,50,52,57,64,76,85 are awesome for academics.

#47 is a great one on predator hunting.

They are all on youtube also.
