Tikka T3 owners

Looking to replace the rings and bases that came on my Tikka. What are you guys using? Thanks Rick

Ive always used EGW bases and Burris XTR rings. They fit great and take abuse well.
Bout $90 for the set..

The EGW bases are good, but a little too long and hang out over the barrel. Leupold makes a dove tailed base that is cheap and uses their rings. Have had good luck using both.

I took off my old bases and rings and went with DNZ Game Reaper one piece mounts. No complaints...solid solid. Some don't but I like the look of them.

I am using Warne maxima bases, and either Leupold QRW or PRW rings. No complaints & solid as can be.

Warne makes a mount that utilizes the T3's mounting rail. I liked these rings on my T3.

I used the Warne's for the grooved receiver, but found I have more leeway as far as scope placement and eye relief using the Maxima weaver style bases.

leupold standard base and ext low rings. You will notice most mounts are pretty tall. The cheek weld is great for me with the ext low rings. THink you could easily fit a 32 and maybe 36mm. Think it has been 3 years now hunting and still has never lost zero. Will set up my next tikka in a larger caliber with the same mounts.

They're supposed to. ITs called an extended base for a reason. You should get your rings spread as far out as possible.

I put the DNZ one piece on my Tikka T3 Hunter 30-06. Easy, solid, and strong. This is the one you want!
