I am proud to announce that a new Predator/varmint and shooting group is being formed. We have a core of great guys that are helping to get this going and we have also been working with PM. although we will not be connected with PM due some legal issues they have agreed to let us use the "calling in the East" forum and they are supporting us in our adventure. As we are in the early stages of organization what we would like to do is gauge interest in a group and the things that you would like to see this group accomplish. seminars, hunts, call making classes, you name it we need your ideas. For the time being you can either notify myself or badtothebone (rudy) or just reply to this post with your ideas. we are also trying to figure out a good name so keep those ideas coming.And thanks to PM for all the support and direction.

Indiana included in that clasification? I mean we are neighbors...just west of yous is all. Anything Rudy is involved in then I want in too. That guy rocks!

I think VTR has family that can make Tshirts for us. I think they are still in business. VTR if you are reading this chime in. Stickers/decals, there is a place over towards Robs that can make those. I guess we will need a name and some sort of insignia/decal for that stuff.
 
keep in mind guys there will be no dues,fees, or other moneys collected by the group. just an informal group of people gathering to share knowledge with each other
 
Rob, if t's or decals are made it can be an option to purchase. More that are bought it would be cheaper.

Are we going to have some sort of by-laws governing the group? Ethics, safety, resposibilitys, expectations, etc??
 
Yeah, just a bunch of good people sharing knowledge, helping each other out, and getting together when possible.

Object of the Club The Club is a non profit organization and is dedicated and committed to the following goals: To provide land and facilities for its members for shooting, and out door sports; to support laws promoting shooting, hunting, fishing and trapping; to support the conservation of natural resources and protection of wildlife; to protect the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, the right to keep and bear arms; to promote sportsmanship and hunter safety; and, to educate our youth and others by example, organized training and events sponsored by the Club.

You know...something like this.
 
yup we sure are...hopefully we can all get a dialogue going and get everything worked out. we are still in the "informational" stage.

sure lol i hereby nominate you. really we havent made it that far yet. we just got the go ahead today so we are fresh out of the starting blocks. i would say there there will be some sort of structure to the running of the group just not sure as to what is going to consist of at this point. that is why we are are asking for ideas from everyone.

I am thinking of going to gunsmithing school. Work will pay for it and the wifey said go for it.
